By Car: Loro Parque is located at a distance of 42.5 km from the city centre. It will take you 33 minutes to reach the location via TF-5.

By Mini Train: Board the free mini train at Plaza de los Reyes Católicos every 20 minutes from 9:00 AM. It takes you directly to the park entrance through Puerto de la Cruz.

Know Before You Go

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Pets aren't allowed in the park, with the exception of guide dogs.
Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
Consumption of alcohol or intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Board the train at Plaza de los Reyes Católicos from 9:00 every 20 minutes. It will take you free of charge to Loro Parque through Puerto de la Cruz.

Loro Park is a great day out. Loved the orca, sea lion, dolphin and parrot shows. The penguin world, colourful parrots. Orchids, tree top and under water walks. The white tiger is superb. You need to spend the whole day there to see everything.

Access to the parque with the on-line acquired tickets was very easy. No queueing. The parque itself is excellently maintained. The shows (Sea Lions, Orca's and Dolphins) were the best we have ever seen. Definitely something to recommend.
